It works fine when it’s connected, but the connection drops more often than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can get a little frustrating.

After dealing with way too many gadgets that feel cheap or need customer service right out of the box, this Airthings device was kind of a relief. It feels solid, the buttons and cover fit well, and it sits neatly on the shelf without looking flimsy. It is a little lighter than I expected, but it still seems well made overall. So far, I’m happy with it.

I had to follow up with support twice and still didn’t really get a clear answer. Just felt like I was waiting around and chasing them for something that should’ve been simple...

I mainly use Airthings for radon. And general indoor air stuff too. Nothing fancy, just checking in now and then to see what’s going on in the house. The trend data is probably the most useful part for me. Days, weeks, little changes over time. It actually helped me see when opening windows or running ventilation was making a difference.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the reports aren’t always super easy to deal with. A bit clunky. Exporting things, reading summaries, that kind of stuff could be smoother. But overall, it works, the info is solid, and I still find myself checking it regularly

I check the airthings app here and there to see what’s going on, and for the most part it’s simple enough. The graphs make sense once you’re used to them, and the alerts are helpful when they pop up. Every now and then it kind of sits there trying to refresh or connect, especially when I’m checking it after that one issue, which gets a little annoying. But overall, it does what I need and I don’t really have many complaints...

I bought the airthings monitor because I wanted a simple way to keep an eye on radon and overall air quality at home, and I’m sure a lot of customers are looking for that same peace of mind. Unfortunately, the readings have been all over the place, to the point where I don’t really know what to believe. I even placed it next to another meter, and the numbers weren’t close at all.
I gave it several days like the instructions suggest, reset it, and tried moving it to different spots, but nothing really changed. For the price, I think most people would expect more reliable accuracy. At this point, it feels less like a useful monitor and more like an expensive guess box...

The setup was okay overall, but I definitely got a bit confused along the way?! It wasn’t a total hassle, just not as smooth as I expected.

It works well. No complaints so far. For what I paid, it feels worth it to me.
